I. General Conditions

1. The Hotel undertakes to pass the Voucher to the Purchaser and to accept it for redemption at Hotel Nafta Krosno.
2. The Purchaser undertakes to pay for the Voucher in an amount equal to the Voucher’s nominal value.
3. The Voucher may be redeemed only and exclusively at Hotel Nafta Krosno.
4. The Voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
5. Payment by Voucher must be made in a single transaction.
6. The Hotel shall not be liable for any Voucher that is lost or damaged after it has been provided to the Purchaser.
7. Neither the Purchaser nor the User shall be entitled to any claims against the Hotel due to the loss or destruction of the Voucher.
8. The Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

II. Voucher Usage Rules

1. The User selects goods or a service at Hotel Nafta Krosno. In the case of a service, the User must book a date in advance at the Hotel reception (tel. 134366212, 663224155 , e-mail: rezerwacje@hotel.nafta.pl).
2. Hotel Nafta Krosno accepts for redemption only Vouchers that are undamaged, have an expiry date, and include the issuer’s stamp and signature.
3. When redeeming a Voucher, there is no right to receive change if the value of the received goods or service is lower than the Voucher’s value.
4. The User is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, by payment card, or by credit card when the value of the received goods or the service provided is higher than the amount stated on the Voucher.
5. The Hotel has the right to refuse to redeem a Voucher if its validity period has expired or if the Voucher is damaged in a way that prevents it from being read.

III. Voucher Settlement and Complaints

1. At the time of purchasing the Voucher, the Purchaser receives proof of payment.
2. A VAT invoice is issued only at the Purchaser’s express request after the Voucher has been redeemed.
3. Any complaints related to the purchase of goods and/or services using a Voucher will be considered by the Hotel after the User submits a written complaint.
4. The basis for acknowledging a complaint regarding goods or a service is the proof of payment issued at the time of purchasing the Voucher.

IV. Final Provisions

1. By purchasing/using the Voucher and receiving it, the Buyer/User declares that they have read the contents of these Terms and Conditions, fully accepts them, and undertakes to comply with all provisions herein.
2. By redeeming the Voucher, the User confirms an order to use it, to the extent specified in these Terms and Conditions.
3. The contents of these Terms and Conditions are available on the Hotel’s website at www.nafta.pl and at the reception of Hotel Nafta Krosno. The Hotel is obliged to provide the Buyer and/or User with the Terms and Conditions upon each request.
4. The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, provided that this does not infringe upon rights already acquired by Buyers/Users. Any changes to the content of the Terms and Conditions will be updated on an ongoing basis and made available on the Hotel’s website and at the reception of Hotel Nafta Krosno.
5. For matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
