Hotel Nafta Krosno House Rules

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Guest rooms are rented on a per-night basis.
  • Hotel occupancy runs from 14:00 to 11:00 on the following day.
  • A hotel guest may take occupancy of the room earlier free of charge, provided the room is available.
  • A request to extend the stay must be submitted to the Reception by 10:00.
  • A request to extend the stay may not be granted if, on a given day, the Hotel has no available rooms.
  • If necessary, the Hotel reserves the right to assign the hotel guest another room than the one currently being used or requested by the guest.

II. BOOKING CONDITIONS AND LENGTH OF STAY

  • Bookings may be made at any time, around the clock.
  • When booking and renting a room, the hotel guest must specify the length of stay.
  • Persons who are not checked in at the Hotel but are staying in the residential area must leave it by 22:00.
  • Any late check-in and arrangements regarding the terms of stay must be reported by 22:00.
  • In the residential area, night quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00.
  • Guests admitted without a reservation may be asked to settle the bill in advance or to present a credit card.
  • After the stay at Hotel Nafta Krosno ends, the hotel guest is required to complete the final settlement.

III. OBLIGATIONS OF HOTEL NAFTA KROSNO

  • Hotel Nafta Krosno provides conditions conducive to rest and a pleasant stay.
  • Hotel staff promptly respond to reports and concerns regarding the quality of services, the operation of hotel facilities and equipment, cleanliness and order, and the functioning of the hotel’s catering.
  • Hotel Nafta Krosno guarantees the highest quality of services.

IV. PROPERTY LIABILITY OF HOTEL NAFTA KROSNO

  • Hotel Nafta Krosno has limited liability for the loss or damage of valuables, money, securities, items of scientific or artistic value, if these items have not been handed over to the hotel deposit, which is located at the Reception.
  • Hotel Nafta Krosno’s liability for loss or damage to items brought in by persons using its services is governed by the provisions of Articles 846–848 of the Polish Civil Code.

GUEST LIABILITY – HOTEL NAFTA KROSNO

  • The hotel guest is fully materially responsible for any kind of damage, destruction or loss of the Hotel’s equipment. In particular, this applies to breaches of statutory regulations concerning the prohibition on smoking in public places and to violations of the night quiet hours.
  • For fire-safety reasons, as well as to ensure access to the services, guests are not allowed to use electrical appliances in hotel rooms, such as heaters and irons.
  • W pokojach obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu. Kara za palenie w budynku poza miejscem do tego przeznaczonym, wynosi 500 zł i zostanie doliczona do ceny wynajmu pokoju po stwierdzeniu przez pracownika Hotelu, że taki fakt miał miejsce.
  • Guests of Hotel Nafta Krosno are not permitted to hand over the rented room to third parties.
