What time can I check in?

Check-in from 15:00. Earlier check-in is possible by arrangement with the reception (subject to room availability). You can leave your luggage at the hotel from any time.

What time is check-out?

Check-out by 12:00. Later check-out (Late Check-out) until 14:00 costs 50% of the room rate, and until 18:00 costs 100% of the room rate. It requires confirmation from reception.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, we have an outdoor car park. Parking for hotel guests costs PLN 20 per day. Parking for vans/minibuses costs PLN 60 per day.
Seat reservations are available when booking a room.

Is the hotel pet-friendly?

We accept small pets (up to 10 kg) for an additional fee of PLN 80 per day. Please let us know when making your reservation. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, SPA, or swimming pool area.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, breakfast can be included in the room rate or purchased separately for PLN 55 per person. Breakfast is served at Naftaya Restaurant from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
